CUSTOM PRINTS

You find it or dream it —
I'll fire up the printer.

A link, an idea, a file, or "I need sixty of these by the 28th" — all fair game for custom 3D printing. You'll get a friendly quote and timeline, usually within a day, and nothing prints until you say go.

HOW IT WORKS

1

TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED

Find a 3D model online (see the suggested sites below), or describe the idea, or mention you have your own file. Paste the link in the form — thirty seconds, one form.

2

I QUOTE IT

Price and timeline, usually within a day. If it's someone else's design, I make sure it's properly licensed for what you need — that's on me, and it's already in the number you see. You approve before anything prints — no payment until your order is confirmed.

3

PICK UP OR SHIP

Free pickup by appointment in the Mankato/Saint Peter area, or shipping anywhere at standard carrier rates — your call.

WHAT THE BENCH HANDLES

ONE-OFFS

That thing you saw online and can't stop thinking about. Multi-color is possible on the right models — ask and I'll tell you if it's a good fit.

QUANTITY RUNS

Craft fairs, businesses, weddings, events. Volume pricing beats one-off pricing — tell me the count and the date.

TOUGH & TECHNICAL

Brackets, fixtures, outdoor and automotive parts in ASA or carbon-fiber blends. Flexible pieces in TPU. Your own STL/3MF files welcome.

PICKING A MATERIAL

or just ask — recommending is free
MaterialBest forGood to know
PLA Decorative and indoor things The most colors, the sharpest detail. Doesn't love hot cars or full sun.
PETG Daily handling, kitchens, light outdoor duty Tougher and heat-resistant — the sensible step up.
ASA Outdoors and automotive, year-round UV-stable and impact-tough. Carbon-fiber blends available for serious stiffness.
TPU Anything that should bend, not break Rubbery and flexible — gaskets, bumpers, grips, phone cases.

SEE MY COLOR PALETTE

I keep a deep stash of colors and finishes on hand — far more than what's on the sale rack. Browse the Print Library → to see what I can print your job in, then name your pick when you start a request.

WHERE TO FIND 3D MODELS

free and paid — millions of designs

MAKERWORLD ↗

My first pick. Bambu's platform has an excellent library, good previews, and prints often come with dialed-in settings. Easy to browse even if you're new to 3D printing.

PRINTABLES ↗

Prusa's platform — huge selection, strong community, and lots of free models. Great for functional parts and household fixes as well as decorative stuff.

THINGIVERSE ↗

The original and still massive. Older interface, but the sheer volume means you'll often find things here that aren't anywhere else — especially niche or vintage parts.

CULTS3D ↗

Strong on artistic and decorative models. Mix of free and paid — the paid designs here tend to be notably high quality. Good for gifts and display pieces.

MYMINIFACTORY ↗

Known for miniatures and tabletop gaming models, but has expanded well beyond that. Good spot for figurines, busts, and display-quality pieces.

YEGGI ↗

A search engine that indexes multiple sites at once — useful if you've come up empty elsewhere. The results can be uneven, but it's great for surfacing hard-to-find models. Better for browsing than for beginners.

GOT SOMETHING IN MIND?
